As a client of shieldssites.com you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Service: Shieldssites.com reserves the right to terminate the contract between the client and shieldssites.com at any point during the designing and development due to non-payment. We offer the customer a mockup of what the client can expect. At that point the client has a 72 hour period to respond with changes the client wishes to make. If the client doesn't respond with any changes he/she would like to make, shieldssites.com will resume working on the project and the client will not be given another chance to change the design aspect of the website.

Company Logo: We reserve the right to place our company logo in the footer of the website that we have designed. Our logo must exist in that place during the lifetime of the website, removing or tampering with this logo will result in copyright infringement.

Contract of payment and services: The client agrees to make a at least 50% non-refundable down payment of the websites quoted price; not doing so will result in breach of this contract. After the project has been completed we will post the project on the clients' server and the client will be notified of this. At which point the client will be responsible for the remaining balance. If the client purchases the website or enhancement online and pays in full, the client will be awarded 1 hour of free updates that expires 60 days after the initial purchase.

Privacy Policy: Shieldssites.com will not sell or use your information for any other purpose other then to help better serve you as our client.

Timing: We give each project a timeframe of completion and work hard to ensure that deadline is met; although, we don't guarantee that deadline will be met. Most projects are unique and custom and as such, our estimates for the projects timeline are just that, they are estimates.

Ecommerce Stores: Shieldssites.com uses a variety of shopping carts as the platform for each one of our online stores. We are not responsible for the sales of your product or any post project behavior that might occur.

Refunds: We don't offer refunds. The time spent on each project is intangible and can not be recovered, for that reason we don't offer any type of refunds.
